Your first visit, step by step

Knowing exactly what happens takes most of the worry out of it. Here's the whole first visit — about 60 minutes, start to finish.

    We talk before anything else

    You sit in a regular chair, not the dental one. Tell us what's bothering you, what you're worried about, and what past visits were like.

  2. Step 2

    A gentle look and some photos

    We examine your teeth and take pictures, then show you exactly what we see on a screen — no mystery, no mumbling behind a mask.

  3. Step 3

    A plan in plain words, with prices

    If anything needs attention, we explain your options and what each costs before you decide. No treatment starts the same day unless you want it to.

  4. Step 4

    You set the pace

    Book the next step when you're ready — next week or next season. We'll send a gentle reminder, never a guilt trip.
